In his four prominent works: Three Discussions, Doctrinal Themes, Meccan Benefits and Royal Compendium Astarabadideals with nature of God’s knowledge and he makes reference to views of Islamic scholars concerning possibility of Divine Knowledge, its being essential attribute or as an act of His essence and whether is coeternal or posterior to the Essence.
