Sadra's Gradational Methodology with an Emphasis on the Seddiqin Argument

Abstract

In a major categorization, there are three different views on Mulla Sadra's methodology; it has been taken as 1) tautology; 2) an Eclecticism of the peripatetics, intuition and theology, and 3) a description of the various views and opinions. While Mulla Sadra seems to have a fourth method called "hierarchy". The hierarchy of Mulla Sadra's method is influenced by the discussion of skepticism, which is his epistemological and ontological basis. The property of Mulla Sadra, using such hierarchic method, goes through stages and hierarchies in explaining philosophical issues. First, he describes an opposite view and, then, criticises it and finally explains his own views. Therefore, Mulla Sadra has a special movement in expressing philosophical issues, while considering both external and internal aspects. This study, while describing and criticizing the three mentioned views, explains the fourth method and spreads it to Sadra's methodology in theology in a special sense.

منهجیة صدرا المتشککة مع الترکیز على برهان الصدیقین

Abstract [العربیة]

فی تقسیم رئیسی، هناک ثلاث وجهات نظر متعارضة حول مسألة منهجیة الملاصدرا. هذه الآراء هی: أ) التکرار فی التعبیر و توتولوغی ؛ ب) استخدام متجول لأسلوب المشائی و الإشراقی والکلامی ؛ ثالثًا) وصف الآراء المخالفة.
بینما یبدو أن الملاصدرا لدیه طریقة رابعة ممکت تسمیتها ب "التسلسل الهرمی". یتأثر منهج التسلسل الهرمی لمنهج الملاصدرا فی التشکیک، والتی هی أساس آرائه المعرفیة والأنطولوجیة. الغرض من منهج الملاصدرا الهرمی هو أنه یمر عبر مراحل وتسلسلات هرمیة فی شرح القضایا الفلسفیة. أولاً، یصف وجهة النظر المخالفة، ثم فی المرحلة التالیة، یثبت عدم دقته مع التعبیر المنطقی الأولی أو الحجج الاستنتاجیة والمنطقیة القائمة على بعض المبادئ البدیهیة والأولیة (کبطلان التسلسل، الدور، و الترجح بلامرجح، وما إلى ذلک) أو حتى بافتراض البراهین السابقة للفلاسفة المعارضین تدحض آرائهم، ثم یطرح القضیة ویشرح آرائهم. لذلک، یمتلک الملاصدرا حرکة خاصة فی التعبیر عن القضایا الفلسفیة، مع مراعاة الجوانب الخارجیة والداخلیة. هذه الدراسة، أثناء وصفها وانتقادها للآراء الثلاثة المذکورة، تشرح الطریقة الرابعة وتنشرها على منهجیة ملاصدرا فی الإلهیات بالمعنی الأخص
