A Critical Study of Some Contemporary Usulis` Views on Human Will in the Light of Transcendent Wisdom

Abstract

Human free will is one of the anthropological foundations in Transcendental philosophy explained on the basis of other philosophical foundations. Sadra has presented two definitions of truth that is based on the analysis of reality. Some scholars of the field of usul, proposing different objections, have said that these definitions may not be taken as being based on the truth; but they are based on the philosophers` mind to escape from a necessary objection as a requisite of their saying. Since the possibility of doing and leaving is needed for the agent`s being of free will. While regarding the principle of causal necessity as viewed in the transcendent philosophy, this fact may not be agreed with. As explained, however, in the paper, the view of usuli scholars is exposed to numerous objections and that of transcendental philosophy is according to reality and more exact. Moreover, the causal necessity may be taken as a support for human free will

Abstract [العربیة]

یعد الإختیار من المبادئ الحکمة المتعالیة فی مجال معرفة الإنسان، ومن خلاله یتم تبیین مبادئه الفلسفة الأخرى. فیقدم ملاصدرا تعریفین للإختیار یأخذهما من تحلیل الواقعیة.
فقد نقد بعض الأصولیین هذه التعاریف بأنهما صنیعة الأذهان الفلسفیة من أجل دفع شبهة الجبر التی تلزم قول الفلاسفة.
حیث یجب إمکان کلا الفعل والترک لیصح الإختیار ولکن هذا الإمر ینافی ما یقوله الحکمة المتعالیة من الضرورة العلیة العامة.
ویتبین عند دراسة شاملة، أن قول الاصولیین یواجة إشکالات مبنائیة عدیدة و تحلیل الحکمة المتعالة صحیحة و مأخوذة من الواقعیة، و أن الضرورة العلیة لا تنفی الإختیار، بل تؤکده.
