The Theory of Innate Nature as the Epistemological Foundation for Humanities

Abstract

The theory of innate nature as one of the most notable anthropological presuppositions of Islamic humanities would leave many effects. This paper attempts to examine this basis epistemologically. The fact that innate nature can be regarded as a source of knowledge and a criterion for its justification and measurement, and the only solution to the problem of relativity in descriptive and normative sciences, may be regarded as one outcome of the present research

Abstract [العربیة]

بنائا على العلماء المسلمین، یتمتع الإنسان بالفطرة، و معناه أن له جهة ثابتة متناغم مع الدین الإلهی النازل وفق هذه الفطرة. فالفطرة تشیر إلى خلق الإنسان الخاص والذی یمکن تقسیمه إلى الأبعاد المعرفیة والمیولیة والسلوکیة.
ویترتب على قبول الفطرة کأصل مفروض فی معرفة الإنسان آثار کثیرة و تحاول هذه المقالة دراسة هذه الآثار المعرفیة، و من نتائجها أن الفطرة یمکن أن تکون مصدراً ومعیاراً لتبریر المعرفی وهو الحل الوحید لمعضلة النسبیة فی العلوم الوصفیة والهنجاریة.
