According to Sheikh Ishraq, the agency of the Almighty is “the agent of will.” That is, God created “being” with the “irradiance of light,” and the external forms of beings are His detailed knowledge, and before creation, His knowledge of things is in a general way. This view is divided into two parts: The first part is related to after creation, where Sheikh Ishraq considers the relationship between the Almighty and things to be an irradiating relationship, meaning that God acquires knowledge of all things in their own homeland with the addition of irradiating knowledge. This part of the Suhrawardi view is confirmed by the narrations of Imam Ali (AS). The second part of the view is related to before creation, which has some problems, because he considers knowledge before creation to be “general,” and this leads to the lack of the essence of “detailed knowledge” of beings, which contradicts God’s agency. In the narrations of the Imam, this part of Sheikh Ishraq's theory is distorted because the narrations emphasize: 1. It pertains to the single and inherent knowledge before the creation of all things in a "detailed" form, 2. Divine knowledge does not increase with the creation of things, 3. The creation of things is not based on contingent knowledge. All of these narrations do not consider the knowledge and agency that Sheikh Ishraq proposes for God to be worthy of the status of the Almighty. Our method is "inference" and "inference" and we act in an analytical-rational manner.
